Mental Health and Wellbeing in Online Communities
Community Management is one of the fastest-growing and valuable roles within organisations, but it also has one of the highest rates of burnout and associated mental health support needs.
In this session, we will examine some of the main challenges faced by Community Managers, and consider the impact Technostress has on the wellbeing of both the Community Manager and the community members.
We will discuss how our work has supported the mental health needs of 250,000 Londoners in 18 months, and the metric mental shift of changing a single person’s life.
